Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We want you to love how your PERALBA feels. If the fit isn't quite right, we'll make it easy to find your perfect size, no hassle, no new order needed.

Size Exchanges

For orders delivered to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, your first size exchange is on us.

1. Email us at hola@peralbabrand.com with your order number and the size you'd like.
2. We'll confirm availability and send you the return instructions.
3. Once we receive your pair, we'll send the new size with standard shipping at no extra cost.

Exchange Conditions

• Size exchanges must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging.
• The complimentary exchange applies to one size exchange per order, for the same product and colour.
• PERALBA covers both return shipping and standard shipping of the replacement for the first size exchange in Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
• Any additional size exchange is at the customer's expense.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with all original tags and original packaging.

To start a return, use our returns portal or email us at hola@peralbabrand.com with your order number.

Return Shipping

For returns from Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, we provide a prepaid return label. A fixed €4.90 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

For other destinations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return shipping is covered by PERALBA in case of a defective, damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during a promotion or with a discount code remain eligible for returns and our complimentary first size exchange, subject to the conditions above.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
