Refund & Returns Policy
You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
To request a return, please use our returns portal or contact us at hola@peralbabrand.com with your order number.
For returns from Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, we offer one free return or size exchange per order, including return shipping costs.
For returns from other destinations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping costs do not apply to defective, damaged or incorrect items, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
If an item is returned showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any diminished value, where permitted by applicable law.
Free Size Exchange — Mainland Spain & Balearic Islands
Orders delivered to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands include one complimentary size exchange per order.
The complimentary exchange applies to a change of size of the same product and colour and is subject to stock availability.
For your first size exchange, PERALBA covers both the return shipping of the original size and the standard shipping of the replacement size.
If multiple items from the same order require a size exchange, they must be included in the same exchange request and returned together in one shipment to qualify for the complimentary exchange.
Any additional size exchange after the first complimentary exchange will be at the customer's expense.
Size exchanges must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.
If your requested replacement size is unavailable, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy.
Returns After a Size Exchange
The complimentary size exchange covers one exchange operation per order.
If you choose to return an item after completing your complimentary size exchange, you may still do so provided the return falls within the applicable return period.
For returns from Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands using our prepaid return service, the €4.90 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at hola@peralbabrand.com.
Where the issue is attributable to us or the product is legally considered non-conforming, PERALBA will cover the applicable shipping costs and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during a promotion or using a discount code remain eligible for returns.
Orders delivered to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands also remain eligible for the complimentary first size exchange, subject to the conditions set out in this policy.
Items expressly identified as Final Sale, where legally permitted, may be subject to different conditions. Any such conditions will be clearly stated before purchase and do not affect your statutory rights.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use our electronic withdrawal form available at peralbabrand.com/pages/withdraw-order or contact us at hola@peralbabrand.com.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the timeframe established by applicable law.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising your right of withdrawal, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
We will reimburse all payments required under applicable consumer law, including, where applicable, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, as permitted by applicable law.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
