Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility 
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to start a return 
Contact us at hola@peralbabrand.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a defective item or an error on our part.

Refunds 
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hola@peralbabrand.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Size exchanges 
We offer direct size exchanges. Contact us at hola@peralbabrand.com with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.

Sale & limited edition items 
Items purchased on sale or from limited-edition collections may be subject to special conditions. Please contact us before initiating a return.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal 
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs for withdrawal requests are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
