Shipping - Policies
Destinations
We currently ship to Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, European Union destinations, and the United States.
Please note that we do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
For any other destination, please contact us at hola@peralbabrand.com before placing your order to check shipping availability.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
During launches, pre-orders, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. If so, we will inform you accordingly.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Spain (Mainland): 2–4 business days
- Balearic Islands: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier, and circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, with no minimum purchase required.
Express shipping may be available for an additional fee. Where available, the applicable rate and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping rates for all other available destinations are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Pre-Orders
Some products may be available as pre-order.
In these cases, estimated shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
By placing a pre-order, you accept these delivery terms.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Delivery Responsibility
Your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hola@peralbabrand.com and we will assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and correct before placing your order.
If an order cannot be delivered or is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be sent again.
Customs & Duties
Orders within the EU are not subject to customs duties.
For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or other customs charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Legal Notice
In accordance with applicable EU consumer law, orders will be delivered within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract unless a different delivery timeframe has been agreed.
If we are unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you may be entitled to request delivery within an additional appropriate period or, where applicable, cancel your order and receive a refund in accordance with applicable law.
