Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
During launches, pre-orders, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. If so, we will inform you accordingly.
Delivery Time
- Spain (Mainland): 2–4 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days (customs delays may apply)
- United States: 5–10 business days

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply email us at hola@peralbabrand.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will get back to you with instructions within 1–2 business days.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
