We want you to love how your PERALBA feels. If the fit isn't quite right, we'll make it easy to find your perfect size — no hassle, no new order needed.

How It Works

  1. Email us at hola@peralbabrand.com with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for.
  2. We will confirm availability and send you return shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive your item, we will ship the new size to you at no extra cost.

Conditions

  • Size exchanges must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer a full refund within 5–10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your order under the following conditions.

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Item Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, or are missing tags.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hola@peralbabrand.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 48 hours with return shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a defective item or an error on our part.

Sale & Limited Edition Items

Items purchased on sale or from limited-edition collections may be subject to special conditions. Please contact us before initiating a return.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
